SAM Headhunting Belgium has an opening as associate partner for an entrepreneurial minded business executive with an international outlook to join our fast expanding business in Belgium. SAM’s clients are successful companies that want to have the best candidates for their management and specialist functions to support their business development.

The job content

To handle search assignments from sales to successful implementation

To service and further develop own customer base

To be a part of the Belgian and international team to develop SAM in Belgium and in Luxembourg

To participate in general business and organisational development of SAM Belux
-
To identify suitable candidates and sell them on a specific job opportunity
Candidate profile
-
MBA or similar combined with relevant business experience at management or executive level or experience from executive search
-
Fluent in Flemish, French and English
-
Able to establish a home office preferably in the Flemish part of Belgium or in Luxembourg
-
Strong Belgian business network
-
Entrepreneurial minded
Candidate personality
-
Ability to sell search assignments and relate them to the clients overall business development strategy

Hands-on individual who can complete the client assignments at high qualitative level
-
Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently

Good communicator with a good sense of humour

Solid IT know-how at user level
Earnings
The Associate Partner works as self-employed and obtains attractive fees for successfully completed assignments. For the right person there is a future option to become partner and participate in profit sharing in SAM Belux.
